Where is my order?
Signed-in buyers can check Orders in the top navigation. Guest orders include a private status link in the confirmation email. Printing takes 3–5 business days before shipping.
My copy arrived damaged or misprinted.
We reprint and reship misprinted or damaged orders free. Send us a photo and your order number through the form below within 30 days of delivery.
Can I return a book or notebook?
Print-on-demand and custom items are made individually for each order, so we can't take returns for change of mind — but anything wrong on our end gets made right. See Shipping & Returns.
How do I open my own store?
GravityPress stores belong to Humanizer members. Sign in, open your Dashboard, and create your storefront — your work stays yours, always.
