Shipping & Returns

How printing works

Every physical product on GravityPress is printed on demand — your copy doesn't exist until you order it. Printing typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships, and shipping time depends on the method chosen at checkout. You'll see the full cost — item, printing, and shipping — before you pay. No surprises at the end.

Misprints and damage

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll reprint and reship it free. Contact us through Help & Support within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and your order number.

Returns

Because print-on-demand items are made individually for each order — and custom notebooks are made to your own design — we can't accept returns for change of mind. Digital downloads are not returnable once delivered. If something is wrong with what you received, that's on us: see misprints above, and we'll make it right.

Order status

Signed-in buyers can track orders under Orders. Guest orders include a status link in the confirmation email.
