What GravityPress is
GravityPress is a print-on-demand platform and marketplace operated by humanizer.com LLC. Members publish their own work; GravityPress facilitates printing, fulfillment, and sales. GravityPress is not the publisher of member work and does not acquire, edit, or assume editorial responsibility for it.
Member responsibilities
By publishing, a member warrants that they hold the rights to the work (or that it is genuinely in the public domain), that their rights attestation is accurate, and that the work does not infringe any third party's rights. Members indemnify GravityPress against claims arising from work they publish.
License to GravityPress
Publishing grants GravityPress a non-exclusive, revocable license limited to: printing and fulfilling orders, displaying previews, and using product images for marketing the platform. Nothing more. Copyright remains with the member.
Purchases
Prices shown include the item; shipping is shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe; GravityPress does not store card details. Print-on-demand and custom goods are non-returnable except as described in Shipping & Returns.
Content and conduct
New products are reviewed before they appear in the catalog. We remove content that infringes rights (see Copyright) or that is unlawful, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
Changes
These terms are a working draft under legal review and will be finalized before broad availability. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
