What we collect

Accounts are handled by our identity service (Zitadel); we receive your user id, role, and — if you allow it — your email. Orders store what's needed to print and ship: the product, your shipping address, and your email for order updates. The support form stores what you send us and how to reach you.

What we don't do

No advertising, no tracking pixels, no selling or sharing of personal data. Payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Where data lives

Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Guest orders are accessible via a private token link; signed-in members see their orders in their account.

Your choices

Want your data corrected or deleted? Ask via Help & Support and a person will handle it. Order records needed for tax or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained as required.
